worked excellent for 2 months. Battery held charges very nicely and picture quality was fine. After 2 months power on button stopped working. Had to put it in for repairs. That's where it is now.

Due to the coverage, I have had no problems with the computer going down because of viruses. Any issues just bring it in the geek squad and they fix it no additional charges.

I was scheduled for a paid installation the morning after purchased. No one showed up nor called during scheduled installation window. Also, I never received any type [ telephone, personnel, or otherwise contact for the first 10 days after purchase. I attempted tele phone contact numerous times with some successful , some not. I still did not receive any follow up from Bestbuy during this 10 day period. The other part of the purchase was satisfactory. .

Everything is working great & am pleased with the way it is working to provide the information I need for many projects.

for the price it's fine probably would consider purchasing it again in the future and also recommend it to my family and friends

Washer Samsung very noisy during spill cycle. Washer was returned received new one still makes loud noises.

Good quality picture. The sensitive of the camera even on the lowest setting still is highly sensitive.

Just needed to replace car speakers as originals had quit working and just want to sell the vehicle/

Have no idea what I am supposed to be rating. Everything I have gotten from BB has been good.

It has some kinks to be worked out but I would buy again .looking forward to shop for a new upgrade.
