At time of purchase of a HP lap top it had to be replace . New one was better but has problems. Have not had it looked at this time. One problem is that it will freeze up on me but after a reboot is works ok for a few days.

Canon Pixma 251 cartridges did not register full when newly inserted, so I question the quality of the product and the poor value when the cost is considered.

We bought an Apple desktop and when we did need help Geek Squad was no help. Plus you had to take it in to the store. Plus we ended up having to take it to the Apple store. This year when renewal came for Geek Squad I asked for a refund. I think it’s pretty cheesy that I only got back 31.00 out of 101.00 that I was charged. It’s not like you would have to restock anything on the shelf. Bad form. Bad business.

Customer service, just to get an answer to a simply question, is horrible. No one was willing to stay on the line long enough to even try to answer my question and each time I was transferred to someone else before I could even comment. These Geek Squad agents appear very arrogant and just want to pass the buck. They are not polite and their English is so garbelled that understanding what they say doubles the problem.

I wish it would have survived the storm. The house is from the 1800's and I have not gotten everything done.

Not happy. My computer is all messed up now. They fixed some of it but made another part worse.

I purchased a new monitor for my PC, only to find, after unpacking and installing, that it had no speaker. Had I been made aware of this, I would not have purchased this model. Then I went back and purchased a speaker, which my PC recognizes as headphones and will not work.

Otter boxes used to be great quality. Broke in the 1st month

I couldn't get it to do much of anything after getting it fired up. When I tried tot load any programs it would stop the download and take me back to selecting the same program. I would select it again and the whole procedure would repeat. I took it back to Best Buy and traded it in.

Not only was this "smart watch" not what I was told - it daily (aft least once per day) goes into a cycle of turning off and on for up to 30 min in which the watch cannot be used. At times, it gets too hot to have on my wrist.

Remote starter not working already few times and I have to come back to station fix that problem many times. Since I visited last time two weeks ago not working again. I tired drive to station for long way

This Linksys wireless extender requires a reboot every day just to stay connected. It shows good signal but has no internet connectivity. Need to return to the store.

CD player broke the second time I used it for no apparent reason. Also, it is awkward to insert CD"s, and has poor sound quality. The controls are very small and difficult to use.
