    I had a great experience with dealing with a Geek Squad agent named Manny Betances yesterday (1/11/24). He was helpful, cooperative, professional and patient. I am a senior citizen and he explained everything to me in a patient and not rushed way. My laptop computer issue was fixed and runs perfectly now. He is a great agent that works at the Yonkers Best Buy store located on Central Park Ave. I hope that the manager of this store sees this review and appreciates such a fine worker/agent.
