This Geeni GN-CW008-101 LOOK 1080p HD Smart Home Security Camera is well made with a rubbery shell, flexible stem, and a good wide angle lens. The installation is easy and the image is clear. All you have to do is just download the app, power up the camera with the included USB cable, and the app discovers the camera instantly. Then, follow the instruction to connect with your home wifi and finish the setup in a few minutes.
I set it up toward my home back door because I leave the door open with only the screen door closed during summer to let fresh air in. My phone beeps whenever the camera detects the motion and I receive a picture of the state of the room. I can see the situation even at work.
I like the convenience of being able to place it anywhere. I can also use a power pack where there is no power source. I also like the feature of being able to talk with the person on the other end. It's quite feature-rich and I can think of many creative usages for security and monitoring. I can even plug it in my car to record a trip.
I recommend it!

Decent camera, SD Card slot doesn't work

I set up my camera yesterday and it functions fine. The picture quality is good and there isn't much lag in the video. However, I am not able to store any video as the microSD card slot will not hold a card. Therefore I am limited to watching live video only. This greatly reduces the functionality of the camera

Easy Peace of Mind

Set Up is completely idiot proof. Just connect to WiFi and you have your own personal security guard. I check in on my apartment throughout the day from the office and feel my home is safe 24/7. It is also super fun to startle my roommates with the microphone lol.

Got 3 cameras mainly because my truck was stolen out of my driveway. All 3 never worked all at the same time. Now only the one in the kitchen works sometimes. And customer"service" sucks
