Everything came very well packaged. However, after reading some other reviews and looking at reviews online, I knew it wasn’t the product for me. However, if you’re just starting your smart house this is a good way to save money.

Finicky; unusable if loses wifi.

Won't stay connected to wifi.
If bulb can't connect, the light flashes so it can't be used as a normal light.
