I read lots of reviews and watch a few videos before I purchased this camera, it works really great day and night. It has a built in battery and it can last about 30 minutes if fully charged. Cable is long enough to go around your front windshield and around your pillars so you don't have to worry about showing ugly cables in front of your car. I would strongly recommend to get a 32gb memory card (try to get a Samsung, I heard Sandisk have issues with this camera) The 8gb will be good enough to record up to 1 hour before it starts deleting the files.One more thing, if you ever get an error message regarding your memory card, format your card (you can do it in your smart phone) and that should solve the problem. For a Deal of the Day price, I am surprised at the high quality of this camera. It is built sturdily and takes decent quality video. Resolution and sound are much better than another low-end dash cam I purchased. The only downsides are 1) limited options for video settings, and 2) the edges of the frame in videos have kind of a jerking motion as the landscape flies by, instead of being a smooth-flowing progression. This isn't really distracting, especially if you're looking at the center of the frame. Small price to pay and really only an issue if you're taking video for aesthetic purposes - this would have no practical effect for purposes of documentation of potential accidents and traffic stops, etc.

I have had a few dashcams and this one is pretty decent. The viewing screen is a bit small but I am okay with that. The playback quality on my computer is really good compared with previous dashcams. Overall it is a good dashcam but I gave it four stars because the night vision should be a little clearer...it is only okay.

Stylish, compact. I use it in my Honda Civic. It suits GOOD!!! Nice picture, easy to install and adjust. Very affordable. Ive been using it for 3 -4 month only, so in terms of realibility .... no clue. If it survives the summer, then it'll be great. Normally, they all last one season in Texas due to high temp.

Compact design is nice but it does make it hard to see the screen. Comes with a nice long cord for plugging it in.

Tried it out and the video quality is great considering the size. You should replace the 8 gig card and put a 32 in it. Set at 3 minute .avi files it will record about 14 videos before erasing the first ones ( with the stock card).

Great price point, works as described and solid entry level dash cam. The cord is long enough to hide and wrap around to the cigarette lighter.

I have owened this dashcam for over 6 months now and it works really good, quality of the image could be slightly better but for the price you pay is not too bad. A little of advice, make sure you format the memory card before you insert it to prevent any errors and get the Best Buy protection, mine crashed after 4 months or so but I'm assuming that because I live in Vegas it gets a little too hot in here or it was just defective. Overall it gets the job done and works good for my needs

This is a good dash cam for the amount paid, great for starting out.

I read reviews before purchasing and I took the plunge. If fits nicely under my review mirror it records for up to 3 hours and just records over the old you can buy a bigger sd card but I have not. Easy to use!!

It was easy to set up, and attached to the wind shield easily....It comes on when I start the car and goes off by itself when I turn the engine off. Other than that, I see it recording the whole time, but I have not needed to retrieve any video to view anything. I had a different dash cam before and it broke after 5 months.This one appears to be built much better, and for the price, it is a great value.

Easy setup and video very good for the price. The materials are not top end. The suction cup fell apart after a few months and a friend that had the same model had a cable that stopped working. Good news is that the company is very responsive and will replace parts and honors their warranty. One of the better customer service departments in my experience.

This camera is easy to install and operate. The picture quality is good for most applications.

This is a great little dash cam and I do mean little. The picture quality is quite good.

For the price of this little dash cam, it is well worth it. Have had no problems with it what so ever, I tried 2 other more expensive dash cams before this one, returned both, had issues and problems with them, not this one. Records pretty good, can downdload video with audio to laptop, no problems, would definitely recommend.

I'm very happy with this camera. It's a small size and takes good video.
