Ok documentary

Good only if you like body-buidling/lifting

I don't regret buying it for only 10 dollars. I like to watch Pumping Iron when I need motivation, that's why I got this. Being its like 30 years later, I expected this to be better, but like any "sequel" (this sort of is), it was not. For the price, every lifter should have it just to have it. If you could care less about bodybuidling, please pass on it!
