It has a great screen, with graphics card and Bang & Olofson speakers. Yes, it is a bit heavier, but the screen size is large, and easier to work with. If you mostly use your laptop at home, I would recommend it.

I was not aware that I could buy a cable to transfer data between 2 computers as fast as this trought USB ports. I did it easily. It worked very well and save me a lot of time. I am very pleased with it.

I went to best buy and I had to give a deposit in order to send my laptop to the repair center and I was scared that I would have to pay a big amount to do this but it was really cheap

I took my laptop to Best Buy because my internet signal would not connect to my laptop. The laptop was sent off to be fixed. It came back good as new. My only concern is that programs were removed from my laptop during the repair process. That was disappointing...

The work was wstimated correctly and done sooner than estimated. I'm very pleased with the results. My HP laptop was really messed up from liquid damage, but it's all better now.

Was cheaper to go through Best Buy than Yamaha service. Best Buy sends it to the same service center, but it costs lesser to get an initial assessment through Best Buy.

Awesome product. Roku gives you many options. If you have Comcast as your provider, save money on extra box fees with this product through their app. Works well.
