This basic laptop really has all you need for surfing the web and checking email. I had Microsoft installed for use at home. Its a great backup to my PC.

I bought this for my father-in-law when his computer crashed. He's had for awhile now and still working fine. Not the fastest computer but we didn't pay a lot for it either.

There was a miscommunication between the repairmen and the geek squad themselves, but they communicated with me every step of the way and I appreciate it.

One of our employees spilled a beverage on a laptop and we had it repaired by Best Buy. The service was quick, very affordable and they went above and beyond.

Although Geek Squad service is good, more technicians need to be available during peak periods. One or two are not sufficient to provide adequate service.

This is a great product backed up by a great company. Best Buy has a great record of standing by the products they sell.

Looks nice, my battery was out of charge always now I am safe to recharge anywhere when battery off not to miss my business calls
