Great buy! easy to use. this bike has very smooth shifting an peddling. display is great and easy to read. well balanced and design. the Genze looks great and rides like a mountain bike should. batter design is great in the frame unlike most other bikes. I gave this bike a 4 star because it lacks head light, tail light, lacks both front and rear fenders which you have to have unless you want you shoes and back of your shirt muddy in the winter time. I ordered fenders and lights and love the bike. Also wish it had suspension for smoother ride on bumps, no predrilled holes for water bottle either :( as well as no phone mount. It has a very smooth strong 350watt motor and last pretty long. the bike doesn't reach 20 mph unless full charge but mostly runs at 18 mph which is fair. great design and good enough to get me on the road peddling and exercising more. love the bike other than items I wish it came with. Glad I was able to order and put on myself but adds to the cost. most other e-bikes come with the fenders and lights and reach speed up to 20mph.
