    I had been waiting for my tax return to order the complete GSP Rushfit system, then walked into Best Buy one day and the Stength and Endurance DVD was racked in with the UFC DVD's. Brought it home, flipped it on the next day, and my legs are still burning! The program is easy to follow with Georges St. Pierre and his trainer dictating the pace, but the intensity is unbelievable. If you're looking to change up your normal routine and ignite your cardio with a full body, interval based workout with minimal equipment (two 10-20 lb. dumbbells!), this is a great buy!
