It works when it likes to work also calling best buy wasn't any help tasting you only have, 14 days to try it out that dose not work either, also I would not recommend the best buy in riverside Illinois there rude and say they don't care if you shop any where Elsa . A store I will no longer go to .

This machine keeps the humidity where you want it and very quiet also has an ionizer. For the money it's easy to use and sit up. I love it and thinking about buying another .

The Crane Germ Defense humidifier starts up instantly with a fine mist. Make sure you don't keep anything right in front of the humidifier or it will get wet (duh)! Also when you flip the removable canister for filling, the top nozzle will fall out as it is not secured. Overall I am very satisfied with this product!

I appreciate all the bells and whistles on this guy: variable settings, humidity sensor, ioniser, etc. However, the LED lights on the display are very bright, which makes it undesirable for the bedroom--unless you want a nightlight. Also, the buttons made very loud chimes/dings when you touch them, which annoys me. The top nozzle, which directs the vapor, also falls off when you invert the tank to fill--an inconvenience. It does get the job done in terms of humidifying, and it the motor is pretty quiet, but there are some significant design flaws.

Lots of great features that control humidity levels, power levels, timer, auto-shutoff when empty, and ionizer. Decent price, very effective. Only complaint is that setting the options each time is a pain because it's not very intuitive and it doesn't save your configuration between uses.

It works well and is quiet. One thing I don't like is having to fill it up every day.

Works well however tank only lasts for 6-8 hours not 24. Convenient for hot or cold weather.

It has many functions which is ion creation for cleaning air while it is working and warm mist and different level of mist. Shortly it is good item and over my expectation as a common humidifier

I enjoy having the dual features to allow setting's in the home. To control the humidity & remove the allergens in the air. I glad I brought this product works well for the family home.

Unit works well and as advertised. However, it does have several awkward features. When turning the unit on, you must adjust each setting to your liking Unfortunately, when turned off it looses all settings and must be completely reset each time. The water tank is probably my biggest complaint. With the handle on the top, when removing the tank from the unit, water drips all over the place. Then, you must turn it upside down to refill it, that is when the steam diffuser on the top falls off and spills additional water.

This unit does a great job humidifying my bedroom. Totally quiet and vapor output is quite substantial. I use RO water, so there is zero white powder or mineral residue inside the unit.

Works well, just be sure to install it at least 2 feet from the floor if you don't want to get a wet carpet ;-)

My son was congested for a few days. So i went and bought this. Easy to put together. Just add water. Cleared his sinuses up that night. Its on fleek.

A very nice and quiet humidifier,love the auto shut off when it reaches the set point,and the warm or cold mist options.

This humidifier produces a fine mist. It is relatively easy to maintain, with the reservoir requiring a refill daily, about every 12 hours. It is easy to refill if not a bit cumbersome.

Great simple to use humidifier with optional air purifier if you so choose to use. Very easy instructions and very easy to clean. Great buy

Great product! A little pricey but works as advertised

I waited to write this review till I used it for an entire season. It works very well. Sometimes too well as it may get the floor wet in front of the directional outlet. Other than that I like it and hopefully will last me through many seasons.

I purchased the humidifier for my wife who worried about the air being too dry. I installed it quickly and it has provided a fine level of humidity and fitted into our room with a minimum of visual disruption and noise. We are happy with the product. I was especially pleased that the device holds enough water so that it does not require constant refilling.
