Seemed like a great product. Wait..it is a great product. But it's an old model and being phased out. Shortly after purchasing, I went to the manufacturers website to look for filters (Bestbuy doesn't have them in stock). Found out they are selling it do a huge discount. And the new model is the same price as Beatbuys discounted price.went back to best buy.com and tried to cancel my order 15minutes after original order tops. Shower that cancellation was under review. Denied the cancellation. Chose the price match guarantee. Figured they would match the manufacturers price, right. Nope. Was informed that they only price match from "top" competitors. You can find the list of top competitors in the return policy page. They include. Nebraska furniture mart, Dicks Sporting goods, Home Depot, and another 12 or so retailers that don't deal in tech or electronics. So disappointed. Best Buy used to be one of my favorite stores. Now ion starting to get Gamestop vibes. They are losing touch with their customers and make simple things incredibly complicated and difficult. But yeah...seems like a nice purifier
