It cleans the air with a filter and kills germs with a light. Just a little thing you didn't know you needed. I used to wake up coughing from the my dusty birds(some birds create a lot of dust even being bathed) I am now waking with clear lungs and pleasant smells. I have been using it a little over a month. Worth it more so than any non bulb filter.

I love this air purifier. It does its job! It runs a long time and takes the odors out of the house. Worth a buy!

This is a good Air Purifier for a small medium room, and I can honestly it's helped with my bleeding and stuffy nose. Only issue is the blue light, I'm not sure if there's an option to turn it off while the function still works?

It's very affordable and easy to setup and use. It's also quiet and effective. Not too long after turning it on my air quality I could tell was much better

After a night of pizza or tacos, the air can really get sticky with all that cheese and sauce. Turn this purifier on, and it quickly sucks in all that delicious aroma that could get you craving for more food out of the room. The quiet fan makes it unnoticeable whilst it refreshes the air, and in no time you'll be wishing you could still smell the oh-so delicious pizza sauce and guacamole. Anyway... The only thing is that it can get in the way. It's not the biggest thing you could purchase, but it's not all that discreet, either. It does work best when in an open area in the room, but make sure you don't trip over it or its cord.

This humidifier is simply awesome. It’s strong, was relativity inexpensive, and does a phenomenal job of keeping the air free of dust and other particles that used to trigger my daughter’s asthma. Not only is she having to use her inhaler much less frequently, but her allergies are much better, and she feels she is experiencing an enhanced quality of life.

Perfect air purifier for 'clearing the air' of our RV after it sat unused for a month. Took the musty smell right out (and no doubt tons of junk we shouldnt be breathing in) Filters readily available on amazon; unit is easy to clean. It now runs 24/7 and seems to help our cat with her allergies.

Product works as advertised. I purchased mainly to help reduce spring allergens and I noticed a difference overnight in the air quality. Quieter than I expected which was great. The area it filters is variable and to me it filters more than specified. Does dry out the air so it is possible that a humidifier purchase might be needed.

I want another one. This air filter is designed in the same way more expensive ones are designed that it has 360 degree inlets for filtering air. The entire base is all air filter. Other Air filters have smaller area to suck in air or are box shape and have just the front of the device to suck in air limiting the direction of dust grab and these devices go for hundreds of dollars. Plus this device has the UV light to kill air born pathogens which is a plus. Dan is loud on the highest speed so I keep it at mid speed and it still gets a lot of dust on the filter. There’s a foam outer layer that wraps around the filter VIA Velcro attachment points that collects the bulk of dust assisting the actual air filter cartridge so it’ll last longer. For $100 this is one of the best air filter devices I’ve purchased. It still going strong with non-stop 24/7 usage.

Have only had the unit a relatively short time but I have been quite happy to date. The unit runs quiet and seems to make the air cleaner in my office (which is in an older building). There is a noticeable reduction in dust on the furniture and I'm glad to have purchased the unit.

I used this air purifier for my room. My allergies decreased significantly within a few days. It’s been seven months, and it’s about time I replace the filter. I would recommend monthly cleanings of the mesh pre filter

This is a pretty decent air filter. i purchased this along with another popular brand air filter & this is the winner. I literally run it day and night in my main room and it does a decent job of getting rid of cooking smells and makes the air feel fresher. I am a cat owner and this unit also does a good job of alleviating the effects of dander etc. However I do think that anything beyond the minimal setting makes a lot of noise, which us why i am giving 4 stars. Other than that 1 complaint I recommend this for allergy sufferers and for a fresher home.

I'm unclear whether the purpose here is to review Best Buy, or the GermGuardian. The Air Purifier (15-inch, 4 in 1 HEPA, medium rooms) works well, for its size. It came handy when a contractor suddenly spray-painted our entire hallway without giving as a call, text, or email that it'd be completed in one afternoon! It is quite loud on the third (highest fan-power) setting! We don't have pets; I cannot comment on pet hair or dander. We and our three kids in this old house sure kick up a lot of dust, though.

Really help keep the dirt out of the air. Has helped with asthma especially during dirt storms. It is a little noisy, but the hum actually helps us sleep.
