Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.the product was returned by another customer, it was sent to me as a "new product" when I opened it the filter was disgusting, I've been trying to return it for the longest and as most companies are doing now is blaming their ineptitude on Covid. This is unacceptable all I want is to exchange it for a new one but the wait time to speak with ANYONE is 3 hours and trying to print a return label from within the app is next to impossible. You guys seriously have to do better the pandemic has nothing to do with the series of failures you're currently displaying

Notice a Big difference
