It was very interesting and gives a good time-line type of introduction to trash metal. It doesn't focus on any one band but really shows how one band inspired and provoked one another. It actually introduced my son to many other bands he may not have heard of. Overall I think it was a great documentary and it defiantly recommend this to all metal heads who just like to learn more about the bands that bring you that awesome music.
