Even better than the original movie by a long shot

Being a big fan of GitS, I was glad to see this finally come to Blu-ray. Not as good as the first film IMHO, but still well worth a watch!

Ghost in the shell is amazing period, and this is a great addition to have in your collection. Nice to have it dubbed in English as well.

The Major , Batou and the rest of Section 9 battle violent cyber hacking terrorists. The new blu ray transfer looks and sounds fantastic .

I have watch all the Ghost in the Shell movies and this movie ranks well with the others. Highly recommended.

Good sequel that was hard to find up until the live action film came out. Pleased to have found this at Best Buy.

If you like the first one you'll love this one. Its a must see at that point. Over all animation is good. Voice actiing is good as well.

Never get tired of Ghost in the Shell. Animated art at it's peak. A visual feast on Blu-ray. Looking forward to the live action movie.

GITS 2 is a great follow up to the first. Batou is great and it's a good story, but not where i thought a sequel would take us.

Ghost in the Shell (1995) to this day is still a masterpiece in the ever growing world of Cyberpunk. However it’s sequel is missing the magic that makes the original legendary. It’s kind of a drag to watch because the dialogue is basically just philosophical quotes and parables. Sure it’s thought provoking but it doesn’t make for a great film.

This is a incredible improvement on the DVD release. This is the one to buy if you like it and have not bought it. Great price.

These movies are great well known classics in the genre. I just wish this had a steelbook option like the first one did.

I would say this is a great movie if you enjoy the ghost in the shell movies and show.

We need lots of handsets and this one met the requirements. Just wish it was water resistant

Husband has the first movie and watched the current movie at cinema. Said that they all followed the story line.

Nice addition to ghost in the shell story line. Works well with minimal showing of the major and adds to mystery.

I owned the DVD and this blu ray transfer is a vast improvement ! If you're a Major and Batou fan upgrade now !

I have watched all the others in the franchise and this one is a break from the norm
