Had to upgrade my dvd of “Ghostbusters” so I picked up this 4K/Bluray combo package. Seeing this classic film in HD was great, but the 4K looks beautiful.

Obviously it doesn't look as good as modern films and there is noticable grain but it still looks great. Color, sound and detail is awesome! Totally recommend!

The original Ghostbusters movie is a classic and definitely a great companion movie to the latest Ghostbusters movie - Ghostbusters Afterlife.

Ghostbusters had always been a favorite of mine since it first came out so now that it was on blue ray I added it to my collection. If you were a fan of it while growing up than its a must have in your collection. Definitely relives your child hood memories

To me, this is the greatest movie of all time. Looks great in 4k. Not too much of a difference from the Blu-ray set previously released.

This is a classic! When you’ve got strange things going on, who you gonna call? Ghostbusters. Dan Aykroyd and Bill Murray of Saturday night live fame team up with Harold Ramis to get rid of the bad things that go bump in the night, like Stay Puft Marshmallow Man. It’s a fun movie but not for very young kids.

I love the original movies so getting the steelbook was inevitable. The artwork is just cool. There are similar SBs for the other two movies, they are equally as neat. I plan on getting the 4k of the first 2 and dropping them in these cases.

What can I say about Ghostbusters that already hasn't been said. I purchased this purely for the Steelbook. Packing looks fantastic. Being a collector isn't easy. Sometimes you have to double and triple dip on the same movie but I couldn't pass this up.

I bought this to prep for the new release. I am happy my kids were able to see this classic with me. There are a couple parts that show graininess in the picture - a minor downside to upgrading a movie made in the 80s in today's 4K format. Enjoy!

Ordered both of the Ghostbusters steel books for my dad for Father's Day, he loves collecting the steel books for any movies he can get his hands on. The fact they're two of his favorites didn't hurt. Picked up from store same day no issues.

One of the best 80's comedies of all time. The convert to blu-ray did this movie real justice. The picture and sound are really great. My 7 and 10 year old child enjoyed this as much as when my dad took me to see it in the theater when I was a child.

This is a great movie and it has a great picture and it is a great movie to add to your ghostbusters movie collection

Classic movie you've probably seen a million times, but now it looks like you're actually watching it on a film reel, very grainy but looks amazing

Great picture quality looks just like film. It really reminds me of what the movie looked like in the theatres.

You don't need me to tell you this is an awesome flick. It's perfect: it's fun, it's brilliant, it's peppy, it's (mildly) scary, it's innovative... And now on Blu-ray, it's never been so good looking (also, the metal case is pretty cool, too).

Bought this for my boys for Christmas. They loved the new Ghostbusters, so we wanted to make sure they knew about the original Ghostbusters. The original is just better... it will always be a classic and now my kids get to enjoy it as well.

Bought this online and when i pay for something i expect it to be to my liking and when i got it in the mail it didnt close properly so i was told i could exchange it at a store when i got there i was told by staff that it doesnt count as defective and that i was just closing it wrong when she spent what 10 seconds closing it when ive tried it like 100 times at home. The fact she even struggled to get it shut and tell me i was wrong baffles me im not gonna be buying online if this is whats going to keep happening this is nonsense.

No need to review Ghostbusters. Everyone has seen it. The blu-ray looks awesome considering the film is 30 years old now. They need to make a set with both films and a bonus blu-ray with nothing but features. New making of's, more deleted scenes, interviews, etc.

I grew up watching Ghostbusters and today I'm a 36 yr old man with a family & still this movie brings me back to the days when I was a kid watching I loved all the ghostbusters movies I'm hoping to see part 2 be redone in bluray format I'll buy it in a heartbeat
