Upon opening the package, the silent mode switch knob was broken. Because of this, the case is rendered not waterproof. The charge port is too small for the stock Apple charger as well. My daughter likes the case despite these issues. She will not be swimming with it. I would not buy this case again, nor would I recommend it because even if it was intact upon arrival, it would definitely break anyway.

I'm glad I bought this case! The price is wonderful, and the phone seems very secure and well-protected. The drawback is that it doesn't work with the charging cables I have, so I'm buying one available from the case's maker, hoping that will fit into the well-protected opening.

Better than most waterproof cases. wish the plugs were more durable.

This has protected my phone after numerous drops. It is water resistant though I have not tried submerging it. Have taken to the beach and NO sand has gotten into the case. I recommend this product.

Good product; effective for its purpose, but the headphone jack adapter doesn't allow the Apple headphones to work properly and is very delicate.

Great looking case...my daughter loves it! I'm worried about the durability. But she's dropped it several times, and no issues so far! I also worry about the headphones jack extension. May have to buy extras on ebay....can't find on Best Buy's site. They are different than LifeProof's.....but much cheaper!

Bought it for my trip to Hawaii. Kept my phone dry in the pool and in the ocean. Makes it very convenient to brings you phone near water.

My daughter love the phone case nice look style and this is water proof too!

Speaker button and end call button dont work with this case. Sucks!

This case looks really nice, but it is horrible! The case doesn't let me hang up calls, or put someone on speaker (the screen protector is the problem.) Also the openings to put your charger and headphones don't work well. The charger opening covers part of the port, therefore it scraped part of my charger, and is very hard to put in and take out. The headphone opening also covers part of the jack. I tried using the wire they provide but, it doesn't even fit inside! The lanyard it comes with is very cheap, it broke the first day I got it. Now I know why the price of this case went down by 45 dollars. I am so sad that my friend wasted her money on this X-Mas gift for me. VERY DISAPPOINTING !
