GHS - Boomers Nickel-Plated Steel Bass Guitar Str.

Just a great sounding string. How BB sells them for 9.95 I have no idea. Most music stores sell them for much higher. GHS has been making strings for years. You can't go wrong with these especially at this price!

Great Bass strings for the price

I use these primarily as backups but they sound great. The only hit on them is that the tone quality fades fast like their guitar string counterpart.

My favorite rounds
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Guitar Center should be ashamed of themselves for letting an electronics store sell bass strings for $3-5 less than them. Great strings with a bright, but warm tone that cuts well, and they last. I screwed up restringing a bass, and would never have made the closest GC in time before they closed, and was pleasantly surprised to find these.
