I never got my receipts to give to the recipients of the gift cards and that’s a worry that if they aren’t good I have no proof. I already bought a gift card and when they went to use it it said it was no good

There was a mix up on delivery date. . .Randy and I made a trip to Tulsa, Ok, 80 miles to see what the problem was, since it said our order was cancelled. After explaining our issue to Mr. Johnny Lopez, our sales associate for Best Buy, System Designer in Tulsa. He spoke with his mgr, and talk about good customer service the mgr. made a adjustment on our TV purchase of $80 for the inconvience of having that purchase cancelled and rescheduled it for another date. That was so thoughtful and kind. . .because Randy was pretty upset and ready to cancel the whole thing. . .because it did not come the day it was scheduled and no one called the day before. And with this purchase we were to receive a $500 Gift Card. All was resolved. . .and we could not be happier with the end result and the thoughtful caring associates for making this happen.

My son enjoys it but the family settings system is atrocious and heaven forbid you need customer service, well it doesn’t exist. If you are a parent buying it for a kid, don’t. The amount of issues we have had with purchases not showing up is ridiculous. And there is no one you can get on the phone to fix it. Spend your money on another system for a kid, it is not worth the headache.

Phone is good, a little bit fast, screen display is large and color is vibrant. Except the the memory is only 128gb

They didn't have enough generic designs, they were mostly holiday or event specific, so I went with the basic blue

It's a gift card. You can use it for buying almost anything in the store. It does exactly what you would expect
