I am so grateful for Juan, Collins, Sajjad, Damian, Sean, Katlyn (I believe), and anyone else who helped me with my phone transfer from 6S plus from 6 plus. Everyone was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and kind. A very get things done attitude. I was so grateful for everyone as I really needed their Savyness. Received gift card as bonus for purchase. Nice touch from Best Buy. I used it towards the purchase of an indoor digital tv antenna at Best Buy. Unfortunately that device is a total washout but at least most of the cost was on this gift card.

i like the use of the gift card just wish i could use it to purchase other gift cards that the store offers

Great Gift. Friends and family love to receive this gift card. It’s always fun to pick out a new gadget from Best Buy. The Selection of items is large from household products to cell phone cases to large ticket items TVs or a fun movie and prices are always very competitive.

The Motorola cell phone seems to be fine so far. Still getting to know it and all of the functions.

Purchased a gift card for a friend for his house warming. Its simple yet thoughtful because it allows them to go to Toys R Us for adults (Best Buy) to get what they want. But you can't be cheap with the amount you put on it, because I mean its Best Buy, and everything is expensive lol.

My kids love their gift cards and find them very easy to use. What better gift than technology instead of a meal gift card that leaves you with nothing in just a few days. Every time they use the Best Buy item they will remember how much you cared and still care for years to come.

This design of the icemaker on this whirlpool side-by-side refrigerator was poorly designed. The ice would collect in the icemaker shoop with glass in place. You can only use small glasses because a large glass would cause the water dispenser to turn on causing water to spray out on the floor.also the ice that was caught in the sheep would melt and dripped down the front of the refrigerator. This whirlpool side-by-siderefrigerator was poorly designed.

We took a defective out-of-box purchased laptop to Geek Squad, and when they found that the problem couldn't be resolved, they gave us a gift card for our original purchase amount which we then used to purchase an excellent laptop as a replacement for the defective product.

I had to return an item and it would've taken several days for the money to return to my bank card. Best buy customer service was the best by returning the funds to a gift card in case I needed to purchase something beforehand which I ultimately ended up doing.
