Got two gift cards for Christmas. It’s so hard to buy for people these days. I’d rather get them a gift cards and they can get what they want. Both of them are very happy. Nobody can turn down Best Buy.

It was just $50, not much that you can purchase but it was nice to have.

Got this gift card as an exclusive for purchasing the Galaxy S22 Ultra, not to mention, trade in my Galaxy S21 Ultra for $800.00 off due to trade in. Because I purchased the 512GB Memory it cost me more, of course. But, it is so worth it.

Gift cards are such a great and easy gift, especially when you don't know what to get. Might seem like a cop-out, but when you don't know what movies or TV seasons someone may already own, this is a great way to help them get something they want and avoid the "oh, thanks, but I already bought this" or the embarrassment of someone opening multiple copies of the same item.

First of all I love Best Buy I have a credit card with them it's very cool the greatest card I ever got and useful as hell also thank you for the number of purchases the thing that I bought and for that they gave me a free $25 gift card once again thank you guys

Best Buy doesn’t stand behind the Gift Cards they sell in their own stores! I bought my husband a Gift Card at my local Best Buy store. When he scratched off the back to complete his online order and learned that the value was $0 because someone had infiltrated their system, stolen the Gift Card number and spent the balance. We spoke with Best Buy staff, customer service and corporate leadership. Each employee passed us on to someone else referring us back to our local San Diego store who refused to assist. Each person we spoke with informed us that we were out the money. Best Buy claims no responsibility and refuses to reimburse us for the stolen gift card balance even though clearly, their system allowed this to happen.

never recived the gift card with the money on it the person that was dealing with us got frazzled by another customer who was being rude and than lost all train of thought and said we are good to go

Frustrating to apply if you do not do the gift card at checkout. Otherwise need to wait for sale and Geek Squad to close out ticket after they finish set up, then return to the store to do exchange.

When I made a purchase on my fridge, the employee who put in the geek squad protection mistakenly put 3 years instead of 5 years. So since they couldn’t exchange it, they just gave me a gift card for the prize and had to return the 3yr to get the 5yr protection plan

I love this! It makes my hair curly and gives directions on how to sustain the curles. I also love that it includes a hair dryer. I been thinking about getting this for a while, but when they came it with the blue version I knew I had to get it.

great. I worked well with my return exchange. i have to return something which I paid with a gift card mc. so they put the money in a store credit to transfer the money without losing the money

One of the NUMBER ONE things I hate about shopping online is NO GROUND GAME. Meaning, there is no store to visit and get help. Amazon is awesome but cmon. Best Buy has ground level stores to exchange and return. I know this purchases was secured and protected for me because I had to exchange it later since it didnt work. SUPER EASY! Wow! THANK YOU BEST BUY!

Didn't know what to get for my brother-in-law for his birthday, he is as much of a techie as me, so this was perfect, a Best Buy Gift Card. It fit into the birthday card I had already purchased, didn't have to pay shipping, and he was so happy, he got to pick what HE really wanted. Win-win I would say. If you are at a loss for ideas, go with the Best Buy Gift Card!

Best Buy has almost everything and not just electronics. A Best Buy gift card is great for any teenager or adult. My son loves Best Buy! You can use it in store and online. Super fast shipping too.

Long story but I will provide the cliff notes. I spent $2000 dollars on gift cards for graduation gifts. I was sent 4/$500 each. Two of them were sent with $0 money on them. It looks me 2 weeks to get the 2 gift cards that was owed me only after I threatened legal action. Do not buy any digital gift card from Best Buy it is not worth the hassle. They gave me 3 different numbers to call and nothing got done until 2 weeks later. Ruined my graduation gifts and made it seemed I was the one at fault. Do not use Cashstar or whatever it is called on the site to buy digital gift cards. Go in the store and buy them not worth the headache and. hassle.

Lets be honest, gift cards are great for special occasions, not to mention a Best Buy Gift Card. Especially when today in age, everyone and their mothers has some type of electronics technology in their life. This is my go-to gift card when ever I want to gift a friend or family member, and believe me, they are NEVER disappointed.

Picked up a last minute GC for my son when I went to pick up a video I ordered online. Gift cards are the perfect gift when you don't know what to get someone, especially from BB where they have so many products to choose from.

I like the fact that Best Buy carries not just their cards, but cards from a lot of different places. Made it easy to shop in one place. All my gift cards this year were purchased at Best Buy!!!
