Better phone than the S25 Ultra in almost every way, at 400$ less if we count the 512 storage! Feels like Oneplus is still innovating when all other companies are stagnating. I only have to charge it for 20 minutes every day to top it up. Very happy with my purchase.

I purchase the Total Tech service a few years ago one large reason was for the delivery and set up, installation. I was notified that the installation was no longer going to be after my Total Tech service expires. I believe the installation service could at least still be offered if a purchase of a certain amount is made. Such as $1000 or more of a single check out purchase at register should get free installation. Yet overall I have always had great experience with best buy, returns, knowledge of employees etc... Please keep the install. I would even pay $50 or a little more for install.
