The sales staff including (Warren) Aeia Manager was so supportive and informative and guided me in the right direction regarding my online purchase on 12/25/24. I purchased two iPhone 16 Pro for my wife and daughter with a trade in of their older phones. The new phones arrived in two separate boxes with no return packaging or information. I proceeded to Verizon the following day but was told to go to Best Buy. The Best Buy sales personnel directed me back to Verizon to asked for the packaging. information and boxes. The Verizon person was unable to provide the documents for the trade in which prompted me to go back to Best buy. There Warren (Verizon-Aeia) pointed out that the IMEI number on the old phones is the tracking for the trade in. I took three days and 4 trips to two stores to finally arrive with the correct method to send back my old phones for credit. Thanks Best Buy credit
