If you want to play or want to run a lot of programs or everything you need. this is a perfect computer. The screen it´s absolutly perfect. my first time with this brand. everything ok. 100% recommended

Turned on and ran amazing the first night, then wouldn't power back on the next morning. Mother board fried and I hadnt even used it yet! Returned. It is pretty heavy and the fan is quite loud but I didnt get to try anything else on it

Good laptop for lots of games. Rust and Siege runs super good on Turbo or Gaming Mode. You can still run games that don’t require lots of performance at maximum low battery mode. Overall it’s the best.

So far it has worked ok. Much slower than I expected but our internet is spotty sometimes so not sure if that is it.

Great laptop - no touchscreen but otherwise no complaints

First off the screen is amazing aside from the burn-in problem thru out maybe few years of usage but for 2-4 years usage shouldn't be a consideration. Another thing about this aero 15 is Gigabyte haven't rework much since the 2019 model beside the cosmetic change on these chassis and small I/O port change, It will be great if they update the screen to 16 by 10 ratio, but sadly still on the old design which is a disappointing imo speaker is loud but bass is completely missing trackpad is very small comparing it to today standard. It just seem Gigabyte does not like to keep up with what creator needed on creator laptop by today standard having all the necessary port option is great as always but they need to work on it more with bigger trackpad and screen ratio.

Got it on sale and loving the speed. Difference between this and my old laptop felt like going from dial-up to broadband

I have only use it one day but it came in perfect conditions, the keyboard is awesome, the product works 100% perfectly. I cant wait to game on this pc.

Disappointed in this laptop. I expected a lot more with the great specification build. The battery life was around 3 hours, which is not practical for anybody, your basically tied to a power socket, which by the way is not USB-C. The screen is awesome but it's very wobbly at the slightest touch, this makes the build seem flimsy. There is no anti-glare, so it's very reflective, which is annoying. The back doesn't seem to be level with the front , I'm going to return it for something that feels like it has a more secure build with similar specification.

Great laptop for designers and gamers, gorgeous display and top notch performance.

Software is garbage. GIGABYTE Control Center is terrible. Full of bugs. GIGABYTE refuses to fix this for years, I'm finding out after googling. Don't waste your money. RGB configurations reset every time you open a new window or plug in your charger. Annoying popup notifications from AIO when it automatically changes your battery settings. Function keys don't light up so you can't work in the dark or even dimly lit room. I thought I would get a good laptop for $1,600 but this is just trash. Returning.

My first gaming PC/Laptop, and I am not disappointed

The laptop is everything it says it is, but it is sort of unusable with the weak WiFi. This was spotted during the initial boot up and setting up windows for the first time as my home network was not found. This is the only time this has ever happened and I have around 35 devices on my network without issue. The laptops connection were admittedly at the opposite side of my house but I have never had another piece of hardware have any issue picking up signal. The WAP is not even detected by this gigabyte laptop unless I move closer which is another first. Will be returning the laptop today.
