This is a solid GOOD laptop. I returned it for two reasons: I missed the fingerprint reader from other laptops and the functionality of the F-keys wasn't great. Pros: Bright screen, OLED looks gorgeous. Cons: middling battery life, no USB C charging (never worked, may or may not be supported), poor I/O (really, no USB A port?!), no fingerprint reader, TERRIBLE function key controls. Explanation of function keys: I rarely could adjust screen brightness, sound, or control other settings using their built in software. Windows 11 may be a culprit, but sound and brightness are important to change and this worked maybe 30% of the time without going into the taskbar and changing manually.

great hardware, super screen. But I had issues with software. Glitches, errors on installation and updates, etc. Such as control center would over write color settings, browser would not remember user / passwords, could suddenly reboot.... Be advised, I am very computer literate, and even being on sale, spending this kind of $$, I do not expect these issues. Another thing, there are two 1gb SSD's installed - not one 2Tb.... you will have to direct where apps and games are installed. Don't get this wrong....The hardware is excellent - from alloy case, to keyboard, to OLED screen, plenty of RAM. However, I do not have patience for trying to find solutions or work arounds to get software and apps working at this price point.

The USB adapter was a shock and frankly a joke. Not impressed, shockingly low battery time unlike the description that stated 8 hours, but more like 8 minutes

I waited for this to get back in stock and I am so glad I did!!! This is so incredibly fast! The graphics are amazing. In addition, the fit, finish & build quality are top notch. I have had 8 laptops over the last 20 years & this one is the best. Only drawback is I wish you had my ports built in. Still, this laptop is a steal based on its hardware & speed.

I returned an asus I9 with similar specs expect this has the I7. Laptop plays games with less issues. My quest2 over wifi works with less lag and video studer. I do use steam for pc vr with the quest2. Only down side its 2 1tb drives and not one 2rb drive.

Has great control of the fans. The 4k is awesome. It's loud but typical of a gaming computer. The lack of ports is annoying. Would like more usb ports. Better if ethernet was actually on computer.

Purchased on 2/23 on 6/14/23 laptop quit working completely
