I believe it's a Gigabyte problem and not Best Buy, but someone should figure it out. As the other reviewer mentioned...it says 64GB, but it'll come with 32GB it says it on the box, the model numbers match, and in windows I confirmed it's 32GB. I tried to tell best buy about it...they just offered a refund and didn't really care to follow up.

Works very well, and is loads better than the Razor I previously had. It can get fairly loud if you are playing a game, but pretty quiet for productivity work. Note that the ram is listed at 64gb, but it only comes with 32.

LIke the others, when I purchased this last April, it listed 64gig of ram. Now the listing shows 32. Other than that, it's a great laptop.
