Purchased a series of components from Best Buy for my son's computer. Best Buy indicated that their Geek Squad didn't install the components. Had to find 3rd party shops. The 3rd party found the motherboard defective, and installed their own. Too much time had passed and BB would not refund me the money for the defective motherboard. Claiming I had to deal with the manufacturer. After some debating with the store manager I received a store credit. NOT THE DESIRED OUTCOME.
