    With no limiter built it if a not so well optimized application crashes and causes the gpu to sky rocket it can brick which is what happen to me. I will say I did buy this card refurbished but I've read others this has happened to with the particular gpu

    Packaging for refurbished was pretty rough. The card itself was good and clean but packaging open and beat up.

    Mine was in excellent condition! Great temps and basically brand new. I got lucky as it was on sale at midnight for $560 for some reason. Snagged it immediately. No need to upgrade for a few years woohoo

    Be extremely careful if this comes in stock and you are thinking about it. Not only VERY overpriced but a refurb and gigabyte has a notoriously horrible RMA service.
