Read Before you Buy
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This monitor has amazing color and crisp graphics at 1440p. But Gigagbyte made a very poor decision in choosing to build this monitor using the BGR subpixel layout. White/brighter text has chromatic effects all around it, even with Windows ClearType enabled. If you have good vision, don't buy this monitor as it will make you either dizzy or think the text is blurry. Most applications are built for the RGB layout, and I'll be returning this monitor after the weekend. Mine also arrived with a cluster of dead pixels on the right side.
