This review is for the Gigabyte Technology - ATX Motherboard 3466MHz (Socket LGA 1151). After reading the reviews on various sites (some giving great reviews and others just flaming it), I decided to give it a try. The board is performing flawlessly. I had no problem with any of the drivers running in Win 7 Ultimate. USB worked fine from the start and the drivers that came with the board loaded with no problems. Board was up and running like a champ right out of the box without any troubleshooting. I would have given this item a 5 star rating but the power use was much higher than I expected. Had to return the power supply and get a 850w to provide what the system needed. Box, mother board, 16GB ram, 6TB HD. The 550 was just not enough. Runs great to put all my DVDs and MP3s on one system to play with a click of the mouse on the home theater.

This is a great motherboard. Everything ran smoothly after connecting an Intel i5-6400, 16gb PNY memory, and a XFX Radeon RX 480 8GB video card. Have only been using for about a month, but its working flawlessly. The included LED strip on the motherboard is a nice touch. It can be solid, flashing, or even pulse to match whatever audio is playing on your PC.

This motherboard is great. It's a little on the slimmer side than a regular sized atx board but is still great! If you're looking at it for the looks of it, the photos don't do it justice. The board is black and the orange lighting on the bottom left and middle left side is beautiful.

Cheap and works great! So before you buy your MOBO, make sure all your components match the sockets and you're on your way to having a faster PC setup!

Great motherboard! Its also cool because it has some LEDs on the board and would look nice in an open-frame gaming PC.

Havent purchased an Intel processor is sometime. Wanted to build a VR ready PC so I decided to go Intel this time. Using this processor with a Gigabyte GA-Z170XP-SLI Motherboard, 16GB PNY PC4 17000 Ram, and a XFX Radeon RX 480 8GB video card. Im using a 1080p monitor and I have been able to play everything flawlessly with this setup. VR runs smooth. The processor runs cool with stock fan. I didnt intend to Overclock, but if you do, this will not be the processor for you. If you want a processor that can be paired with other equipment for 1080p gaming, I think this is a great choice.

Built a new computer with this board and it booted without issue. Had all the features I wanted including future proofing with USB 3.1.
