Awesome to keep in contact with kids who are too young for phones

I bought it for my 10 yr old daughter, it works perfect outdoors, inside the house the phone calls are not good.. if you don’t mind those issues get it, good way to communicate with kids instead of a cellphone

nice for kids. basic. not much to do other than calling and texting. very minimal game. there supposed to be LTE connection but i cannot imagine for what since there is no browser or anything that use internet in general

I was excited to purchase this from my local best buy for my 9 yr old so i could keep tabs on him at camp and other activities. However the one we purchased never would boot past the home screen. The best buy representative tried for over and hour ,kudos to him, and even reached out to tech support and finally it was deemed faulty. Unfortunately it was the only one in stock and our other location had none in stock. Our money was refunded instantly and for that i give best buy 5 stars. I was given the option for them to order another for us to try and havent made up my mind if we will try a second gizmo or go a different route.

As unbelievable as it seems... REPLACEMENT CHARGERS ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR THIS PRODUCT. Yes, you read that right. The charger that this phone uses is a proprietary design. There are no compatible 3rd party replacements and the chargers only come bundled with new watches. If you lose your charger YOU HAVE TO BUY A NEW WATCH. Skeptical? Here's a quote from the thread about this on the Verizon support website: "You will need to purchase a new watch. The charger only comes with the watch its self. I truly apologize for any inconvenience this has caused." https://community.verizonwireless.com/message/1629604#1629604 Clearly this is not a phone for early adopters. It's a shame, the phone itself is very kid-friendly. But I can't recommend this product until this insane oversight is rectified.

If you are looking for a smart watch for your kids this model should not be it! Verizon has no support for the device and there is no one that has a replacement charger available should you need one. LG is completly clueless as well for support, 45 minutes on the phone with them and told to call back Verizon. So disappointing for the money that you can't get any help from the carrier or the manufacturer.

When it was working it was an amazing tool for keeping track of my grandson, too bad the quality is poor. Also, parts aren't available to repair it WHEN it breaks.
