didn't cool

I tried to return the product, but since it was after 15 days (it was 21 days), Best Buy would not return or exchange it even though it didn't work. Certainly the manufacturer's warranty is longer than that. I called the manufacturer, and they said they had no record of the purchase. Best Buy would not help in person or over the phone. I emailed Best Buy and never heard back from them.

Save yourself the trouble

My unit did not include several key pieces, resulting in a ruined living room carpet because there is no drainage system. Customer service is a nightmare and told me the unit doesn't come with extra pieces, such as a drainage hose or plug. So basically I'm stuck with a $280 piece of useless plastic
