The keys are great, Best Buy is not.

Don't assume they sent what you ordered. Sent me a pre-owned v1 instead of the new v3 I ordered. Aura key caps are great, but be VERY certain you have the right product before installation. Otherwise you may find yourself doing 3 installations and a return with NOTHING done to make it right.

Read the very fine print. Pictures can mislead.

I am sure the pudding-head letters are wonderful. I thought I'd ordered a keyboard, because that's what the website displayed. Why would anyone want a box of letters? Imagine the surprise when I opened the box and there was no keyboard. The BestBuy Return Guy declined to open the box when I warned him that he'll spend hours picking all those little letters up. Read the offerings very carefully, then read them again, and one more time.

You are correct, this is a product listed under the "Gaming Keyboard Switches and Keycaps" category and when you buy it, you get a set of RGB-friendly keycaps that you can install on a barebones keyboard that already has the switches installed.
