This was definitely a good game, and anyone who has enjoyed any of the God of War games should enjoy this. There are some new tweaks with magic and combo's/rage meter and how they deploy and a part or two that is exceptionally challenging, but the game definitely has the look and feel of every game in the series. The story is good, but the ending is a little anti-climatic. However, as far as action games goes, it's hard to beat. Interesting puzzles and fun gameplay still make it a very good game.

I had played the entire GOW series and was waiting for this item to drop down in price. Great game, already completed once.

GOW 3 was better but it was a fun game still. I bought used it was definitely worth every penny.

It's not one of the best or worst games in the God of War series, but it doesn't really stand out. Enjoyable if you simple like the gameplay and characters etc of the series.

There are a few moments up to par with GoW 3, however most of the game feels like a slimmed down version of prior titles. Clearly meant to fill the void and catch up on back-story.

I really enjoyed this entry. I think this may be the best title in this series next to Ghost of Sparta and II

Its GOW! You know its awesome! Is it as Epic as 1,2 or 3 - probably not. But hey its pretty awesome man! You know your going to buy it anyway!

Same mechanics and game play as other GOW games but new prequel story line.

I only have a couple hours into the game but it plays like the other God of War games. A button masher but a cool story and good visuals. Enjoyable for the price. I don't have to invest a ton of time into it, but a good story.

This latest in the series is the same great, polished gameplay you have come to expect from God of War games. Gorgeous looking, very polished gameplay, and high quality story telling all around.

The game is great, I really like the improvement in the graphics. The storyline is creative and interesting. As far as gameplay, it is easy to master and fun from the start.

Good game, fans of God of War will appreciate this prequel to the trilogy.
