    The 2014 film was unexpectedly good, but this sequel falls short. Kyle Chandler is always fantastic, but honestly, less of him--and humans in general--would have gone a long way. For a movie with as many monsters in it, it was actually pretty thin on actual monster action.

    Fun & loud, nothing beats the classic giant monster movie. ...except for perhaps American produced remakes. Film grain is light, audio is immersive and active in all channels. Black levels and details are what you would expect. It's just not as fun as the true originals.

    I was disappointed with this movie as it just didn't really give me an interesting story. It also was rather preachy, which is kind of getting old to me. Just give me a fantasy story I can sit and enjoy. The CGI was very good but I can't really recommend this one. Sorry.

    I enjoyed the first Godzilla film in this series. This one was a little on the boring side. Once they started getting preachy with the mans ruining the planet crap I was tempted to turn it off but my wife wanted to finish it. Hopefully king kong vs Godzilla will be better.
