When the unit first arrived to us it was not functioning. As soon as it was powered on it was giving a overheat warning. Best Buy did not have another in stock so I contacted the company for the issue. They sent me out a new unit, advanced replacement and told me to ship the "old" one back in the new one's box. Great customer service and turn around time. And now, on to the shredder... Front feed design is great. This enabled us to place it under a cabinet out of the way, without needing to pull it out every time we wanted to shred anything. Handles stapled 15+ page documents with ease, and continuous duty cycle is good. I have not had it turn off on me while shredding a box full of documents. The first time using it, it took a bit to get use of the auto reverse after pausing after a shred. This apparently is by design to help keep the blades clear. All in all, this shredder is a great value.

This shredder is very compact and light. Great fir a small offic it can fit in any small space including underneath your desk. I would recommend this product.
