This shredder is my favorite ever - nice look, not hard to use, doesnt jam up, well made.

Just received it today, and have used it on the pile of paper, accumulated after the breakdown of my old work horse. Great quality build - reasonably sturdy plastic materials. It is a bit top heavy given where the motor is but it stands firm on its lockable wheels. The motor is quieter than my previous shredder, but I would not call it quiet. Safety features for preventing small fingers is good. Motor overheat signal is nice feature. The see-through window helps with knowing the time to empty the bin.

I really like this shredder. It hasn’t overheated like all the other ones did. I like the basket you can take out instead of picking up the whole thing to empty it. Also the wheels make it easy to move around. It shreds smaller than my others too, less paper to recycle. So far it's great..

Nice looking shredder, doesn't take up much space, very efficient at shredding, I would have given this an excellent rating, but its a little too noisy for me, that's my only complaint

I like this shredder. It's quieter than the former one and emptying the bin can be done easily without making a mess. The only thing I'm not thrilled about is the size of the paper slot. It's supposed to be able to do 12 sheets and it will if they are thin sheets. Also you need to be pretty accurate in your aim with an 8-1/2 wide sheet, as there's little wiggle room so you need to make sure whatever you're shredding goes in straight. Other than that, it does nice small pieces and if the paper slot was wider and longer, it would be 5 stars instead of the 4 I gave it.

This machine is a monster! It devours whatever you put in it. Fits in small spaces. Love that its on rollers.

After a thorough search on Best Buy's website, I found the perfect shredder albeit pricey. The design and operation is fairly simple and really cuts the papers very well; I haven't tried cutting credit cards or CDs yet but I'm sure they'll be cut just as fine. The only thing that surprised me when I unboxed it was how small it is but other than that, it works great! Unfortunately Best Buy didn't offer an extended warranty so I'm hoping this will last for quite some time!

This shredder is powerful and with great shredder. Can’t believe I didn’t buy this before. It lasts a long time shredding without getting over heated. Love it!

Had a huge pile of old documents from over the last two decades. Purchased this shredder and it didn't disappoint. I overloaded it one time but was able to work it out. After running for close to 2 hours it did get warm and stopped. After it cooled off, I was shredding again.

Efficient as far as a home shredder goes. The lubricating sheets are recommended to keep it working efficiently
