    the is the absolute BEST trimmer belt i have ever used. I have used a few! I am a small girl and most all are too big for me and/or really bulky and uncomfortable! This fits great! very small and trim. Very lightweight and I shed tons of water in my mid-section! LOVE

    I purchased this to help me sweat extra and it definitely services it’s purpose. However it rolls and the Velcro can stick to your clothes.

    I wore this waist trimmer when I went for a jog. The neoprene began tearing/breaking off shortly at the bottom after several uses.
