    its very light weight, pretty cheap, and does what its supposed to do. their just plastic, not very study, good enough to do push ups on but if your trying for wide grip they can flip over. they are not erally needed i should have bought a pull up bar instead.

    They work like a $15 plastic pushup bar should. Sure... you could spend more and get some metal ones, but i don't think it would be necessary. The pieces solidly click together and haven't come loose yet. I have had them slip out on concrete when doing very wide pushups... but I think any that I've seen would do the same. Overall I'm happy with them.
