A great intro to Busby Berkeley!

Owned for 7 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.You don't go to a Busby Berkeley picture for lucid storytelling and naturalistic acting - no, what Berkeley delivers are madcap melodramatics and surrealistic music numbers. On those two fronts, Gold Diggers of 1933 is an unqualified success. Plus, the Warner Archive restoration is so needle-sharp, you might think you could walk right into the frame.
