NO CC SUBTITLES

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Dvd did not have CC subtitles as advertised on line at Best Buy and as stated on Dvd package. I think the move is good but since I can hear the sound ok, but can’t understand the dialogue, I don’t know.
