I received Nendoroid Mercy as a birthday present, and I absolutely love her! It is so much fun to recreate her Emote or Victory Poses from the game. Good Smile Company's attention to detail is astonishing, and I am thoroughly impressed with the level of articulation on Mercy! Her interchangeable parts are tricky to remove, especially her face and front hair portion, but it gets easier the more you fiddle with it. Mercy's wings are surprisingly pointy, and it is nice that her parts are easily reattached because it can be quite easy for them to come out while posing her. I have never been a huge fan of figures with joints, but her adorable size hides the joints very well. The ability to pose Mercy in many different positions adds a lot of value and really makes her fun to play with and look at. I have always preferred static figures over dynamic ones, but this super cute Nendoroid Mercy may seriously change that!

This figure is great quality, purchased it for wife who loves Mercy and she loves this figure. You can swap out three different faces and pose her how you like.

It was exactly what my kids wanted. Craftsmanship looks good. It made them happy. I guess that's what matters, because I literally have no idea what it is.

Putting this model together was a huge pain. I regret waiting until after the return period to start. Way overpriced for what's essentially an action figure but worse, and made with ridiculously cheap plastic for what you pay for.

For a price of $50 USD! Just received my Mercy yesterday and arrived with no box damage at all. I cannot attest to the other comments about quality as I plan to leave mine in box but... as a person who has mained Mercy since launch and loved her through all the nerfs this is perfect. It's the highlight of my Overwatch collection and if anyone is even thinking about buying it.. do it. You'll love it as well!

I have come to expect great quality from this company, and they have yet to let me down, anyone who is a fan of Overwatch, or products from this company, you will not be disappointed.

I was excited for this character to come out for months. I finally picked her up today, and the stand did not fit. A Google search revealed that this is a very common problem, and the manufacturer recommends using a hair dryer and trying to fit the stand in. I finally got the stand in, but in attempting to change the face, other pieces on her began to fall off. I finally got her back together securely(sort of), and the brace attached, only to find that the brace doesn't fit correctly on the stand. I don't know if my unit is defective, or if this is standard for Nendroids, but given the common problem of the stand not fitting without a hair dryer, I probably won't purchase another Nendroid again.

Disappointed by the quality compared to the other Overwatch Nendoroids. Mercy feels more fragile than Tracer or Mei; her arms and legs in particular love to fall off during normal posing. The connection from her back to the stand is also surprisingly wobbly and leaves me worried that she'll fall off. The tiny joints for her wings also seem like a potential breakage part. The figure itself is cute (though the color of the plastic they used for her body is a little too "warm", more cream than the pure white it should be) and it looks nice but the fragility makes me wary of recommending this release. Disappointed.
