    This model of the Chromecast is definitely better than the first model of the chromecast that was the stick. This model fits better behind a flat screen television. This model connects to iPhone must faster than the previous model. You can actually connect more than one device and have the newest device override the first device. This isn't as smooth as it could be, but it beats how it used to work with connection issues. I love the background images. My favorite app to use is Google Play Music. The mixes are great and really fit whatever mood I'm in (that you can choose, for example "Cooking Dinner" and then you can choose "Catchy Sing-a-longs"). Chromecast is easy to set up and use. Even my parents who are in their late 60s can use it after I set them up with all the apps and showed them how to switch the TV to HDMI. The video and sound quality is great. It could use a little improvement connecting to my MacBook Pro, but my latptop is so old it might be my laptop that is the problem. I definitely recommend this product to others. At this price, how can you NOT try it out? I received this product for free in exchange for my honest and unbiased review.
