    Great for Pictures. When streaming video from the phone or Laptop even, The video lags terribly. I bought this so I could stream the shows from my cellphone so i don't need my laptop hooked up all the time. I was incredibly disappointed with Chromecast!

    its ok and works well mostly. found out it needs active internet to work. So even if on your network, say the internet goes out (like it did tonight for me), you can't cast. Its so dumb. as soon as my ISP got service up, it was fine. Looked it up and yup, a real thing.

    Before I bought this, I asked a Best Buy associate if I was going to be able to use this for the NFL Mobile app on my phone. The associate confidently said yes, but I was sorely disappointed when I got home and was not able to use the device for the single purpose I purchased it for. I returned the device.
