    I never got to use because product has to connect to the internet and we are in a hotel that requires a passcode to use their wi-fi. Kept getting error message 'connected to wi-fi but cannot access internet.' Searched online and there is no way to use it with public wi-fi.

    Good for: 1. Good device to have quick connectivity with TV. 2. Play songs on YouTube app (type real fast, add songs to queue) etc. There are few problems though: 1. You cannot control speed for backdrop 2. Sending pics from phone - quality is not that great etc.

    I was pleased that I was able to make the Chromecast work with my WiFi, because the Roku I originally purchased would not -- unless I paid Frontier an extra $15 for high-tier service. Even Roku service could not help me, but I was able to connect the Chromecast on my own.
