I found out that this will not work with my Velocity. I wanted it for my TV in the RV. But can't use it there. For the money, I'll keep it and figure something else out.

I bought this more to cast my laptop screen onto the TV...this doesn't work well looks like they need to develop this a little better.

Works fine when you plug it, but you have to unplug and plug it back in everytime you turn on the TV which makes no sense.

I wanted to cast a streaming game to the television and so far I have been unable to do so. I'm uncertain if it is user error or the stream did not allow. Still figuring it out

I bought this so I could use from when I work from home and mirror on a larger screen - however it doesn't allow you to be on a VPN and use at the same time

For me so far, roku is easier to operate and has what I need. Bought chromecast for easier transport, but haven't made any trips yet. I will keep using it and hope it gets better.

I have a Motorola G5 so this is the only way I can cast my cellphone content to my tv. It's okay, but it sometimes goes crazy slow. It works so I'm happy. Blessings

I was told by sales associate that this would resolve an issue at my business. Not the case, and I purchased 4 of them but returning is always a hassle when I pay with gift cards.

With so many other streaming options out there, this one is average at best. You get what you pay for in the price, but i'd go with a different streaming service.

I was told by Best Buy associate that setup was just a couple of clicks to start working. Setup is more complicated than that and I've yet to use the product, I will be returning it.

Purchased to stream video from laptop to TV using Xfinity but they have blocked that capability so this wasn't useful for me and I already had the Amazon fire tv devices.

Bought to replace my first generation chromecast. No difference. Although I need to upgrade my wifi router to take advantage of the ac protocol. So that should help eventually

I think the older version of chromecast works better. I really don't see the difference in performance compared to the older version that we have and are still using as well.

I though I Could watch anything or cast anything to the tv, but I guess that's not true or at least I couldn't get it to. Needs better instructions. I returned it. Could be better.

I returned this item because I already have a fire TV stick. I like having a remote instead of just using my phone as a remote. Some people might like it.

I have a monitor which doesn't have speakers. there's no way to get sound while casting. they should have made it to emit sound using Bluetooth or at least aux cable jack.

This was not as straight forward to operate as it seemed to be. I returned it because I didn't want all my family members to have to be pulling out their phones to control the TV.

I think this thing is very limited because you cannot streaming a video from any apps unless it is from youtube or specific apps

I thought this would be better than the amazon fire stick because you use your phone instead of another remote, it was very annoying to do the set up every time.

Have had this for several months, it is great when it works, but lately we have had trouble getting it to pick up our phones signal. Maybe the newer version works better.
