Found it hard to use and had to return it. The connection was slow and dropped from time to time.

For some reason once you set it up to watch an application you need to unplug from the AC outlet so you can pair it to a new application in order for you to watch something different. Its much better and friendlier to use Apple TV.

I did not realize that the video being streamed from your phone only works if the phone stays on. Which means you can't multi task, or let your phone fall asleep. I ended up returning the product because it was not what I expected.

Does work if your trying to use it and you are bouncing off a xfinity Hotspot. Have a Comcast account and was out of town and wanted to use this to watch tv and it wouldn't connect. Have to have your own hard wired WiFi connection

Very poor product. Does not work in 5 different hotels. It says because log in required. DUH!!! Even a secure home wifi requires login. Cant believe Google did not allow this in product. All chromecast help workarounds failed.

The Google Chrome is very glichy and does not stream videos well. OK if you use it with Netflix but forget trying to stream off your phone, ipad or computer. Segmented sound and video are very anoying. Not worth buying

The product worked as described. However, the chromecast does not work with all online streaming apps. So, that is why I am giving the device a 2 star rating. I would suggest do your research before you buy this item.

When we purchased it, we didn't realize that we had to purchase the remote that went with it. Another purchase was not in my mind. Took it back & got something else that was easy to install & came with the remote needed

The unit is very limited in use for iPhone users. You have to get a number of apps to make different formats work, have google apps not fully functioning on iPhone. Price not an issue. For apple users not great

I purchased this to stream from apps on my phone but some apps would either bit sync it were at such poor quality it wasn't worth the hassle. I was going to return it but fell outside the return time frame unfortunately.

I had asked for a wireless connector for a TV monitor for presentations. BB Clerk showed me this product. Once I opened it I learned this only works with Google programs. doesn't allow me to present as I was told.

I purchased this so that I could mirror things from my iPhone or tablet to the TV and that did not work for every application that I needed it too.

I ran into a number of problems after installing the device. In particular, it caused problems with my wifi network. Not sure if it was defective or not. Ended up returning it to Best Buy and going another route.

It's ok. The reason I got it is I wanted to be able to view my browser window on the tv. Sometimes it works great. But, there are times when the video freezes and you have to reset it to get it work again.

I can not get most things to project using a LG Stylos 3. Could be operator error but I have tried for hours and read up on everything i can find.

Mind you not everything can be casted, bought it solely to use with my google home. Doesnt work with all t.v's, and dont see it worth it to buy the 4k one for double the price point.

This is one of the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. All I wanted was a way to send the video from my Motorola X Pure to a tv.when I traveled. The geek squad told me it would work, so I bought it. What they didn't say is that it requires a connection to the internet. And the hotel internets are so slow, it was useless. And trying to get it to connect was a nightmare. I finally brought it back to Best Bey and got my money back.

When the chromecast works, it is awesome.... Keyword being "when it works". This thing has a mind of its own and likes to connect and disconnect itself from the television whenever it seems to want too.

The product didn't work with my network. I went through the troubleshooting steps, but I stopped short when google suggested I make changes to my wifi system just to accomodate the product.

Well I bought it cuz I thought it would be able to do a lot of things I guess I'm not text Savvy cuz I don't know how to hook it up and watch all like the free stuff that they said it would do
