This item does not work as advertised. It would not hook up with the directions provided and it would not connect to the internet. The AMAZON fire stick worked perfectly!

Wouldn't "mirror" with my phone w/o WiFI like everyone said it would. I was sent on a Fool's Errand by the Verizon salesman in the mall store and the salesman at Best Buy as well. Returned it the next day!

It did serve what I needed it for and Best Buy refused take back because it was 4 days past their 15 days return policy. Stuck it not needed and their staff directed me to purchase the merchandise. Very sad

I tried installing this on 2 different televisions. Didn't work on either. I even called their customer support number and they tried their best in helping me troubleshoot but to no avail. Had to return it.

I tried to take back to refund. The line was too long. Came back and the 15 day window closed. All I have is something for the ewaste trash bin. Skip version1 !!!!!

It does not work on any of our tv' Don't send me a question when I have said all I need to and I can't send cause its not enough. The product does NOT WORK FOR ME.

This item is supposed to be easy to use however it isn't. Everytime I try to cast I have issues the app doesn't work well and oftentimes the picture quality becomes quite distorted. Would never buy again.

At a distance of 15 feet with 1 wall in the way it would not connect to wifi. At 3 feet it would connect through the same wall. To bad that wasnt where i was gonna use it, where it did connect. Returned.

I bought the Chromecast after subscribing to Sling TV, only to find out Chromecast wouldn't allow streaming to my TV. After talking to Sling, I took their offer of a free Roku 2 and returned the Chromecast for a refund.

Chromecast did not meet my expectations. Would not recommend this product for "cord cutters". Amazon FireStick is probably a better product for "cord cutters".

This product did not work from the getgo. Instructions with troubleshooting would have been helpful. I could not understand the person on the helpline. It’s been in a drawer for 18 months.

The device works fine. But the LED light on the device is flashing. Which makes me think there is a problem with it. Have to keep an eye on the chromecast.

LOVING the new chromecast, one of the best media devices out there for your TV that won't suck a lot of power. Have two PS4S at home that can play Netflix, but so love being able to use chromecast so quickly and easily with a cool interactive menu on my phone. The improvements on this model seem to make everything run like butter.

I have 2 Roku/1 Fire Tv box/2 Firestick devices as well as a newly purchased Chromecast. I wish I would have gotten the Chromecast first. It works great. I like the chromecast best because it does it all at a great price. Because you are not filling up the device with apps, it constantly runs smooth. It's tiny and portable, so I can take it with me. I prefer using my phone as a remote, because my kids constantly lose the fire/ roku remotes. I always have my phone with me. If you have a reliable internet/router setup, this is a great choice. Kodi and plex work great on it. I'm thinking of selling my Roku devices and getting more Chromecasts. I highly recommend it.

The whole concept behind this product confuses me. It worked ok I guess but I found I really didn't need it. My Iphone could stream to my tv the same way.

just very difficult to bring online. Even with help from Customer Service I was unsuccessful and very frustrated. I may try again another time. Not good

I bought it for my dad and he could not understand how to use it. It was supposed to be easy to set up but it took over an hour for the initial set up.

Picture quality was poor, The picture would be really good and then it would fade to be really bad and then it would come back it was not what I wanted.

Alright maybe I am just not techie enough but finally got connected to Wi-Fi on my phone and now there's no sound? I don't know I will end up having to get help with this one

It took about 5 minutes to set this up. It works perfect with great video, and sound quality. I love it. Please note that you do need to power this with USB power supply, but that s included.
